In many Western countries, it began very early mechanized farming. And we had the chance to develop and produce Agricultural Machine Parts from many years ago. We mainly provide Agricultural Plow Arms, tilling forks, shovels and farming rakes and so on for North America, Europe and South Africa customers.

We have two precision casting factories in Ningbo , and annual capacity is over20000 tons. In 2018 , our turnover reaches US$70,000,000. Our global market covers North America, Eastern Asia, Western Europe and South America.

For the market segments, Construction Machinery Parts are the best-selling, which takes 25% of our sales market, what’s more, 20% for Agricultural Parts, 20% for Automobile Parts, 15% for Ground Engaging Tools, 10% for Train Parts and 10% for Other Hardware Parts.


ORDER PROCESS FLOW

1.Drawings or Samples

We get the drawings design or original samples from customers.

2.Drawings Confirmation

We will draw the 3D drawings design according to the customers' 2D drawings or samples, and send the 3D drawings to customers for confirmation.

3.Quotation

We will quote after getting the customers' confirmation, or quote directly according to customers' 3D drawings.

4.Making Moulds

We will make moulds within 10 days after customer place the order.

5.Making Samples

We will make pre-production samples using the moulds and send to customers for final approval.

6.Mass Producing

We will process mass production after getting final approval

7.Inspection

We will inspect the products by our QC team and also accept the third party or customers to inspect directly.

8.Shipment

We will arrange the shipment and prepare a full set of Customs clearance doc. by our trading department under customer’s request.


Production Process Flow

Lost wax casting process:

Water glass casting is a kind of casting method compared with the traditional casting process. It can obtain relatively accurate shape and high casting precision.

1→Making Moulds( Made of aluminum or Iron)

To make precision products, making molds is the first step to start investment castings. Such molds will be precision machined by CNC center. So mold cost will be charged from our customers when sample order of a new product is placed. But it is just one-off paid, We will not charge this mold fee again for further orders.

2→Wax injection (The wax has the advantages of low melting point, low price and easy melting. At the same time, the wax sample made with this kind of wax also has good surface quality and is not easy to deform)

After a pair of casting mold is completed, we will make wax sample, such wax sample is obtained by injecting wax into the pattern.

3→Wax Samples Melted Into a Group

We will repeat the injection job for more wax sample. Then assemble these wax patterns onto the sprue. Finally hang these pattern assemblies in the room temperature for drying.

4→Shell Making

Soak the final wax in mud and cover it with several layers of refractory material. This process needs to be repeated several times until reaching a certain thickness and strength. Thus, the shell is built and then dried in an waxy surface

5→Lost Wax/Dewax

Placing the shell in a steam auto calve and rapidly heated, so that the wax will be melt and run out through the gate and pouring up under high temperature. Then the wax melts, leaving only the shell.

6→Heating and Pouring/ Casting

Put the shell in the roasting oven and let the shell dry. Then, melt the steel and other rare elements of the metal rock. We will melt the steel ingots into pouring gate, and pour the liquid metal into the sprue, then cool it under room temperature for a while.

7→Sand Cleaning and Cutting/Knock out

When the molten steel inside the shell solidifies and cools, the sand shell should be broken and the sand around the product must be cleaned. After the sand shell and residual sand of the products are cleaned, cut the product from the attached pouring gate.

8→Heat Treatment

To improve the mechanical properties of casting blanks, heat treatment is usually done after finishing castings. Main heat treatment processes are: Normalizing, tempering, annealing, hardening and tempering, carburizing, ect.

9→Inspection

Through professional testing equipment, such as Spectrum Analyzer, Hardness Tester.

Magnetic Testing Instrument, Impact Testing Machine and other equipment for the finished product performance testing.

Inspection is also a necessary step for quality investment castings. Our engineer will do dimensional inspection, 100% surface inspection, inner defects inspection and other inspection jobs according to requirements of products. Only ensure all the products are qualified, can we arrange delivery to our customers.

10→Packing

Normally we will pack investment castings with ploy bags, and then put them into standard wooden cases. Of course, all the package must be carried out on the basis of free from damage. We can also supply custom package service according to customers’ special requirements.
